Problem determination often doesn't have to be done in person. Particularly with performance issues, being able to connect to a PC remotely and applying fixes online is more than sufficient. This service is designed for those who travel with laptops on an every day basis who can ill afford much downtime but it can be used with local users too.
A small program needs to be installed on the client PC. It can easily be downloaded from the web. After the program has been downloaded, it's icon is double-clicked to connect to our support network and we then will be looking at your desktop to begin looking for problems.
Although this service can be used to identify and fix immediate problems, it can be used for preventive maintenance too. Arrangements could be made to do an online assessment each month or each quarter, for example, to do a check of what's running on a PC, or starting automatically, to keep it in good working shape.
